Saturday, May 3: ISD & City Elections

Last Chance to VOTE in ISD & City Elections

  • Candidate Vote Histories – LPRW lists candidates with their vote histories so you don’t have to try to track them down.
  • Where to vote – BastropVotes.org has a lot of voter information
  • Sample Ballot – See a generic sample ballot. Voters can take paper in with them but cannot use cell phones in a polling place
  • District Maps – Click on the PDF tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Maps are available for cities and school districts in Bastrop County.
  • Not sure if you’re registered? Visit the Secretary of State voter portal.

Vote pin with balloons, hat and flagPolls are open on Saturday from 7am to 7pm. School taxes are a large part of our property tax bills. Remember: you don’t have to live in the city to vote in the school board races. You have to live in the school district which may be different from city limits. Check the maps using the link above.
